Beautifully appointed Ski-In Ski-Out 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo!  Great pride has been taken in finishing and furnishing this condo. When you walk into the condo you will feel welcome and warm. You’ll have plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our Great Breck Condo will be your home away from home during your stay. The tastefully appointed rooms provide the feeling of being in a luxury mountain retreat.  The gas fireplace provides an instant sense of warmth. The condo was recently remodeled and has updated bathrooms, beds, carpets, modern appliances, quality cabinets and new furniture throughout.

Our Condo is in the Village at Breckenridge Resort complex which is slope side at the base of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver Super Chair lift. Ski-in ski-out access means you can ski home for lunch or hot chocolate and then back again to finish an awesome day on the slopes. We are only one block to historic Main Street Breckenridge providing easy access to all the fine dining, shops and activities.

You will also have access to a fitness center with an indoor/outdoor pool and four hot tubs for you to relax and socialize.  The fitness center includes a full work out area, steam room, dry sauna and locker rooms. Kids of all ages can enjoy the game arcade, just downstairs from the work out area.

•	A fully equipped kitchen ready for preparing meals and formal seating for six, plus additional seating at the bar area

If you want to venture out and explore historic Main Street Breckenridge, all the fun is just a short stroll away. One block brings you to over 75 restaurants, 200 unique shops, 240 historic buildings, 18 art galleries/museums, and more. If you want to discover more of Breckenridge and Summit County, the Breckenridge FREE RIDE and free Summit Stage shuttle bus service will take you just about anywhere you want to go.

The condo is situated on the fourth floor of the Village at Breckenridge Resort complex. The elevator is shared with only six units on each floor of the seven floor building. From the balcony you can check the snow conditions on Peak 9.  Take awe in the 270 degree panoramic view that includes the Blue River, Mt. Baldy, Breckenridge peaks 10, 9 and part of 8.

Sleeping Accommodations:

When it's time to sleep, rest assured the beds are comfortable and include high quality linens. In the master bedroom suite, with access to the balcony, there's a king bed, with a view of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift. In the guest bedroom suite, there's a queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own full bathrooms that have been completely upgraded with granite and tile surrounds. In the great room, you'll find the third bed: a queen sleeper sofa, with a plush upgraded 5-inch mattress. Luxury linens provided, with soap, tissue, and starter sizes of shampoo and conditioner.
