Rates and Availability for our Great Breck CondoWe are pleased to offer you our Great Breck Condo vacation home. When comparing other lodging and accommodations, remember The Village at Breckenridge has the “to-die-for” location in Breckenridge – it is slope side at the base of Peak 9 with true ski-in and ski-out access. We are only one block to historic Main Street Breckenridge providing easy access to all the fine dining, shops and activities. Our complex has extensive amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool and four hot tubs, plus a full fitness center and game arcade.We keep our calendar on the web so you can conveniently check availability for your dates. Please note: your reservation is only confirmed upon payment of the security deposit/50 percent due and accepted rental agreement. The calendar is updated upon receipt of those items. Rates:
Rates do not include sales taxes of 10.675%, $15 per night indoor parking during ski season and $118 cleaning fee (waived for stays of seven or more nights). A refundable security deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Credit Cards Accepted:  Please email or call to confirm availability and book your vacation. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Once rates and dates have been agreed to, we will email you a rental agreement and provide you with a number of payment options. We accept personal check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. A $500 refundable security deposit and fifty percent (50%) of the total rent is required to confirm and hold the booking. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the rental fees are due 30 days before your arrival. Policies No pets, No smoking. Minimum stay requirements during peak times and holidays.
